Chinola began in 2014 as a collaboration between hospitality professionals, spirits experts, and a multigenerational master blender. Its fruit liqueurs are produced from farm to bottle in the Dominican Republic using fresh fruit and neutral cane spirit. The company has also supported roads, bridges, electrical poles, and water wells near the Samaná Peninsula.
